Pavlína Šprachtová

Pavlína Šprachtová is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at KIEKERT-CS since May 2024, Pavlína previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner CEE at MallGroup. A former Organizational Development Manager at Foxconn Czech Republic, Pavlína has also contributed as HR Business Partnering Manager and HR Business Partner within the same company. Earlier experience includes roles at MotivP and Nestlé S.A., where responsibilities spanned recruitment, assessment methods, and employer branding initiatives. Pavlína holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Charles University, earned in 2015.
