Steve Pauls

Steve Pauls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Kiely Family of Companies, Steve has excelled in various roles, including Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Construction Project Manager. Additionally, Steve holds the position of Business Lead at Wheelwash US. Previously, Steve's tenure at Mecho as Plant Manager involved leading a large team and implementing significant operational improvements, including the introduction of the first ERP system on-site. Steve has also demonstrated leadership in roles at Eaton and Gerdau Long Steel North America, focusing on manufacturing production, Lean initiatives, and best practice implementation. Steve began the professional journey in industrial engineering at L'Oreal S.A. and has progressively built a diverse background across several industries, supported by a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University.
