Bibi Hahn

Bibi Hahn is the Co-Chief Empowerment Officer at Kienbaum. Bibi has over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development.

Bibi began their career at AVENTIS PHARMA LIMITED in 1995 as an HR/Controlling professional. In 2000, they moved to Hay Group where they became a member of the global Expertise Area Building Effective Organizations, Leitung global Key Accounts, and Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung.

In 2016, they joined Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner. During their time at Korn Ferry, they have worked with clients across a variety of industries on projects such as organizational design, leadership development, and change management.

Bibi has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that organizations face in today’s ever-changing business landscape. Bibi is passionate about helping companies empower their employees and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

Bibi Hahn completed their Doctorate in Economics at the University of St.Gallen and their Diplom Betriebswirtschaft at The Philipp University of Marburg.

Bibi Hahn reports to Fabian Kienbaum, CEO. They are on a team with and Jochen Kienbaum - Executive Partner.
