Andrew Bradshaw

Andrew Bradshaw has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Andrew started their career in 1987 at Wimpey Plc, where they served as an Agent, Supervisor, QS, and Estimator until 1997. Andrew then joined Tarmac and worked as a Commercial Manager from 1997 to 2005, followed by the role of National Commercial Manager from 2005 to 2009. After that, Bradshaw joined Aggregate Industries UK as the Commercial Director from 2009 to 2014, and later became the Managing Director of Contracting for a brief period in 2014. Currently, Andrew Bradshaw is the Group Managing Director at Kier Group since November 2021, previously serving as the Commercial Director from 2014 to 2021.

Andrew Bradshaw completed a two-year tracked program in Organizational Leadership from IMD between the years 2010 and 2012. The program was a combination of residential and distant learning.
