Craig Melvin

Craig Melvin is currently serving as the Emerging Talent Recruitment Manager at Kier Group since August 2022, following a role as a Resourcing Business Partner at Network Rail where responsibilities included managing end-to-end resourcing for the East Midlands route. Prior to these positions, Craig worked at Travis Perkins plc as a Regional Recruitment Partner, focusing on diversity and gender equality initiatives in recruitment. With a solid foundation from the Royal Air Force, Craig held various roles including Recruitment Manager, where management of a team of recruiters fostered the identification and selection of potential candidates for RAF careers. Academic background includes completion of studies at Wolstanton High School from 1988 to 1993. Craig is known for a customer-first approach and a passion for supporting and developing teams and individuals.
