Roger Montoya

Roger Montoya is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in network management and design. Currently serving as Design Team Leader and Senior Civil Engineer at Kier Group since May 2018, Roger manages local network management schemes in the East Midlands and oversees the development of detailed designs in line with client requirements. Prior to this role, Roger worked at Amey as a Civil Engineer from May 2008 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing workloads, liaising with stakeholders, and producing essential safety and management documentation. Roger holds a Master’s degree in Road Management & Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Ulster University.
