Simon Duckworth

Simon Duckworth has over 20 years of work experience in various IT and management roles. Simon is currently the Head of IT Service Delivery at Kier Group since September 2023. Before that, they held the position of Head of IT - Infrastructure Business at Kier Group from November 2019 to September 2023. Prior to joining Kier Group, Simon worked at The Open University as the Head of Support & Small Change from November 2016 to September 2017 and as the Head of Business Relationship Management from June 2015 to November 2016. Simon also worked at Serco as a Contract Manager from November 2013 to September 2014, and as an Operations Manager from December 2007 to June 2011. Simon's early career includes roles at Computacenter as a Delivery Manager from May 2004 to October 2007, and at Getronics as a Service Desk Team Leader from August 1999 to May 2004.

Simon Duckworth attended Roade Secondary from 1990 to 1996. Simon then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Material Science from The University of Manchester from 1996 to 1999.
