Simon Dunlop has extensive work experience in the real estate development and management industry. Simon began their career at Atisreal as a Secured Lending Valuations specialist from 2001 to 2005. Simon then moved to O&H Properties as a Development Manager, overseeing a town center regeneration project called The Heart in Walton-On-Thames from 2005 to 2008. Simon joined Hammerson as a Development Manager in the London Group, focusing on prime City offices, and worked on projects such as 1 & 2 London Wall Place from 2008 to 2012. Simon then joined John Laing as an SDM in Strategic Partnerships, leading the development management functions for a project at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge from 2012 to 2013. Simon then joined Cushman & Wakefield as the Director of London Markets, implementing Development Management Services across various projects, including 31 St James's Square, until 2018. Simon worked at Lendlease as an SDM, conceptualizing a new vision for the IQL site in Stratford until 2019. Simon Dunlop completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Medieval & Modern at Royal Holloway, University of London, from 1996 to 1999. Simon then pursued a Master of Science degree in Real Estate at the University of Reading from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Foundation from Bournemouth & Poole College of Art & Design in 1996. Simon returned to the University of Reading for a second Master of Science degree in Real Estate, although the specific start and end dates are not provided.
