Tara Ellis has accumulated extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Operations Manager at Kier Group since March 2015, and has held several roles within the organization, including Transition and Projects Manager and Team Manager for the Projects Team. Previously, Tara was the HR Shared Services Team Leader at Grant Thornton LLP from 2013 to 2015.
