Full-time, exempt position

Kiewit Luminarium is a next-generation science center that joyfully engages people of all ages and backgrounds to explore the astonishing phenomena that shape our selves, our community, and the world. Through our interactive exhibitions and innovative programs, we inspire lifelong interest and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Our wonderful, purpose-built, 82,000 square-foot facility is now open on the Omaha RiverFront, and we continue to develop the talented team that, together with collaborators and visitors, brings Kiewit Luminarium to life.

The Systems Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing key technological systems, especially our customer relationship management (CRM) tools. The Systems Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the ongoing enhancement of guest and member experience as well as our internal process and business intelligence in support of our goals for whole community engagement and transformative learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the management and optimization of our CRM system (Salesforce) and integrated tools, including Veevart, to ensure effective relationship-building and efficiency across the organization

  • Configure and leverage Salesforce for the achievement of organizational business objectives, including but not limited to: member/guest relationship-building, user management, security settings, and workflow creation

  • Help develop and implement data analysis and reporting frameworks to illuminate outcomes, grow business intelligence, and support decision-making

  • Implement and maintain integration with other software to ensure optimal performance and connectivity across the organization

  • Provide ongoing training and support to all Salesforce users across the organization to ensure full use of the system, including the development of user manuals and training materials

  • Assist executive leadership with administrative support, including data entry

Experience & Key Competencies: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in informational technology, computer science, business administration, systems or related field

  • Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting

  • Salesforce experience in a nonprofit setting preferred

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and rigor with regard to data integrity and reporting

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse groups of people

  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Nimble with a knack for implementing innovative ideas

Competitive annual salary, commensurate with experience, $60K+.
