Christopher A. Stratman has a diverse and extensive work experience. Christopher A. is currently the Director of Community Collaborations at Kiewit Luminarium. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Director at Keep Omaha Beautiful, where they fostered strategic partnerships and oversaw various aspects of the organization. Christopher A. also worked at Verdis Group as a Sustainability Consultant/Senior Associate, leading initiatives and creating a sustainability engagement index. Additionally, Christopher served as a Rackham Merit Fellow and Graduate Student Sustainability Consultant at the University of Michigan and as a Marketing & Public Involvement Coordinator at Olsson Associates. Christopher A. began their career at Goodwill Omaha as a Marketing Coordinator and also held roles at the Cabinet Office for the Government of Japan, Rotary International, and AmeriCorps NCCC.

Christopher A. Stratman holds a BA in Psychology from Saint John's University, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Christopher A. later obtained an MS in Natural Resources & Environment (with a concentration in environmental psychology & conservation behavior) from the University of Michigan- School for Environment and Sustainability, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Christopher is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University, with three remaining courses to complete. Additionally, they hold certifications in International Negotiations/Communication Training from the United Nations University and Spanish Language Training from Universidad de Salamanca. Christopher has also completed a Nonprofit Executive Institute program and is currently enrolled in the LeadDIVERSITY program at Inclusive Communities, expected to be completed in 2023.
