Sirisha Sualy

Sirisha Sualy has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 2021, they have been serving as the Vice President, Partnerships at Kiewit Luminarium. In this role, they collaborate with the CEO and the Board of Directors to operationalize a new science center and spearhead fundraising efforts for a $100 million capital project. Sirisha has developed a dynamic strategy to engage funders in multi-stakeholder projects, with a focus on diverse workforce development and stimulating economic growth.

Prior to Kiewit Luminarium, Sirisha worked at Motorola Solutions from 2011 to 2020. Sirisha started as an Employee Engagement Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Grants & Evaluation Manager. Ultimately, they became the Senior Director in charge of grantmaking and evaluation for the Motorola Solutions Foundation. During their time at Motorola Solutions, Sirisha was responsible for making strategic grants, forging community partnerships, and fostering innovation to benefit the communities where the company operates.

Additionally, Sirisha was a member of the STEM Funders Network from 2014 to 2020.

Sirisha Sualy's education history includes a BA degree with a focus on Psychology, Spanish, and Political Science from Northwestern University. Prior to that, they attended Stevenson High School.
