Brett Carlgren has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Procurement for Power & Industrial Markets at Kiewit since August 2012. Carlgren has held various leadership roles at Kiewit, including VP of Design Build Management and Director of Process Improvement. Prior to Kiewit, Carlgren worked at BHC RHODES as a Project Manager and Civil Engineer, and at Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. as a Project Manager and Project Engineer. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager and Civil Engineer at GBA (George Butler Associates). Carlgren holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University, earned between 1993 and 1998.
