Charles Skouby

Charles Skouby is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently serving as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Kiewit since April 2021, Skouby previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Drilling Service Co from December 2002 to April 2021. Prior to that, Skouby worked as a Project Manager at Terracon between 1996 and 2002. Educationally, Skouby earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, completing studies from 1979 to 1985.
