Jorge Millan

Jorge Millan is a seasoned professional in plant and piping design with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Plant & Piping Designer 5 at Kiewit since August 2022, Jorge has previously held key design roles at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions and Savannah River National Laboratory as a 3D Plant & Piping Designer since July 2018. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals where Jorge worked as a Sr. Plant & Piping Designer and Sr. SP3D Plant and Piping Designer on notable projects, including the Port Arthur Refinery Project and a gas project in Wheatston, Australia. Education includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autonoma De Mexico and diplomas in Piping and Mechanical Drafting, as well as PDMS Plant Design Management System.
