William R Hall III

William R Hall III, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project scheduling and management. Currently serving as the Founder and President of Reach Back & Lift since September 2019, William also holds the position of Senior Program Analyst at KAIROS, Inc. since May 2018. With a long tenure at Kiewit beginning in August 2011, William has effectively managed the development and maintenance of resource-loaded CPM schedules for EPCC projects, leading a team of 10 schedulers across multiple networks. Previous roles include Lead Construction Scheduler at KBR, Inc., where William developed and managed CPM construction schedules for LNG facilities, and various scheduling and planning positions at KBR, Inc. and BE&K. William holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from The University of Alabama.
