Karen Hitchcock

Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy at Kiio

Karen has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing, business development, and design. Although she’s worked in a variety of business sectors, Karen has spent the last decade building effective brand and engagement strategies for healthcare organizations, including several biotech and healthcare IT startups.

Most recently, Karen served as Vice President of Member Experience for a large non-profit, managed care organization dedicated to serving the dual-eligible special needs community (DSNP). In this role, she led the Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Provider Services departments, and gained valuable expertise operating in the highly regulated Medicare and Medicaid environments.

For Kiio clients and for the users of Kiio’s digital therapeutic programs , Karen brings a passion for designing unique, authentic, and engaging experiences to drive results and improve health outcomes.

Karen spends her free time cycling with her partner and friends, cooking, and is an award-winning artist. She’s participated in national art fairs and her work is displayed in several permanent collections.
