Simon Charlesworth

Simon Charlesworth has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Simon is currently the Head of Sales and Marketing at Kilfrost Ltd, a family-owned company that specializes in the manufacture and supply of aircraft de-icing and anti-icing fluids.

Prior to their current role, Simon served as the Business Development Director and Business Unit Head at ATAL Engineering Group, where they provided multi-disciplinary and comprehensive engineering and technology services across various sectors.

Simon also has experience in the sales and management of safety controls and heating technologies. Simon worked as the Group Sales Director (Global) and UK Site Director at Strix Group Plc, where they led the sales of these products to finished goods producers across multiple regions.

Before that, Simon held various sales positions at companies such as Purite Water Purification Solutions and ABS Wastewater Technology, where they gained expertise in water purification equipment and wastewater treatment systems.

Earlier in their career, Simon worked as an Area Manager at Nopon Oy, responsible for sales in the UK, Southeast Asia, Australia, and South Africa. Simon also worked as a Technical Sales Engineer at Zellweger Analytics, specializing in gas and water analysis instrumentation.

Simon began their career as a Water Quality Technician at the National Rivers Authority and as a Laboratory Technician at Dairy Crest.

Simon Charlesworth attended the University of Plymouth from 1991 to 1994, where they studied Environmental Science with a focus on Environmental Chemistry.
