Erika Hardy

Erika Hardy currently serves as the Coordinator of Student Record and Reporting at Kilgore College, a position held since September 2022. Additionally, Erika has been the General Volunteer Coordinator at Mercy Ships since November 2021 and works as a Market Researcher at JWL Marketing Inc. since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Paraprofessional at Tyler Independent School District from October 2019 to March 2020, where support was provided for classroom curriculum and activities. Erika was also an Americorps Member at Jubilee Park & Community Center from August 2015 to June 2016, contributing over 675 hours to academic enrichment programs for children. Erika earned a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Online Distance Education from Dallas Baptist University between 2018 and 2020, and holds two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology, obtained from the same institution between 2013 and 2015.
