Justin Willoughby

Justin Willoughby is an experienced law enforcement professional with an extensive background in various roles within the Palestine Police Department, culminating in positions such as Support Services Lieutenant and Patrol Lieutenant. Since August 2008, Justin has held multiple ranks, showcasing a progressive career trajectory. Currently, Justin serves as the In-service Coordinator and Instructor at East Texas Police Academy and works as a Police Officer at Kilgore College since June 2018. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce, expected to be completed in December 2023, and an Associate of Arts degree from Trinity Valley Community College, attained in 2017.
