Cecilia Simari has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2005, they started their career as a Copywriter at Síntesis Ejecutiva. Cecilia then worked as a RRPP at Prensar y difundir from 2005 to 2011, collaborating in making plans, handling mailing, and generating contacts with journalists and clients. Concurrently, from 2005 to 2011, they also worked as a Senior Media Analyst at Ejes de Comunicación S.A., where they designed communication strategies, had contact with journalists and clients, and prepared reports and presentations.

In 2011, Simari served as an Editor at Revista Living Jazz for a brief period. Cecilia then became a Senior Communication Analyst at SRP Communication & Brand Design from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they consulted and developed internal and external branding and communication strategies for clients, planned and implemented communication campaigns, and supervised materials for various communication actions.

From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Conexia, where they were responsible for designing and implementing marketing and institutional communication strategies. Cecilia also handled corporate communication and social responsibility efforts.

Simari then joined Gire S.A. in 2015 as the Leader of Corporate Communication and Sustainability. In this role, they developed and implemented the corporate communication and sustainability strategy, contributing to the cultural transformation of the organization. Cecilia also managed a team and oversaw the integral communication plan, corporate image strategies, and awareness campaigns.

From 2015 to 2019, Simari worked independently as a Speaker at events, gaining additional experience and expertise. In 2021, they joined Bridge The Gap Latam as the Gerente de Desarrollo Institucional, responsible for driving triple impact initiatives, sustainability, and building organizational alliances. Cecilia provided consultancy in organizational strategy, developed institutional relationships, and implemented social, economic, and environmental impact programs.

Currently, Simari holds the position of Head of Brand Marketing at Kilimo since March 2023.

Cecilia Simari has a diverse education history. In 1999, they completed their Bachelor in Communication with a focus on business communication from the Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora. In 2017, they participated in the MED Program (Women in Decision-Making Positions) offered by Fundación Flor, which focused on intercultural and multicultural studies. In 2019, they attended the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella for a Leadership with Gender Perspective Program in intercultural and multicultural studies. In 2021, they obtained the Consultora de Triple Impacto from Sistema B. In 2022, Cecilia pursued a Diplomatura in "Herramientas para Implementación de ODS en las Organizaciones" at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. Lastly, in 2022-2023, they are scheduled to attend a program called Fundamentos de Negocios at the Harvard Business School, but the field of study for this program is unspecified.
