Karolina Klebanska

Karolina Klebanska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karolina started their career as an Admin & Accounts Assistant at Linda Bearcroft Limited in 2005 and later worked as an Office Support & Administrator at the same company in 2007. In 2008, they held various roles including Marketing Data Researcher at VRL KnowledgeBank, Administrative Bookkeeper at Atta, and Office Manager and PA at ARP Interiors Ltd.

In 2011, Klebanska joined Bewleys Coffee Ltd as a Branch Manager and later transitioned to the role of Account Executive in 2014. In July 2015, they joined Killing Kittens as an Administration and Accounts Manager, where they were responsible for HR tasks such as payroll management and recruitment, office management and administration duties, and bookkeeping and cashflow management. Karolina also handled the accounts for Sistr, a side project of Killing Kittens. Klebanska was promoted to the position of Senior Finance and Operations Director at Killing Kittens in September 2018.

In 2019, Klebanska joined Sistr as an Accounting Executive. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in finance, operations, administration, and accounts management.

Karolina Klebanska obtained a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies - European Economic Integration from Uniwersytet Szczeciński in the years 2004 to 2007. Furthermore, they pursued a Master Engineer's Degree in Business Management at West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work certification from The First Aid Industry Body in November 2018.
