Melanie Marshall is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event coordination, recruiting, and the arts. Currently serving as a Volunteer and Event Coordinator, Actor, Writer, and Teacher at Killing My Lobster since November 2016, Melanie has successfully managed large teams of volunteers for significant content creation projects. At Apollo GraphQL, from August 2020 to July 2024, Melanie held multiple roles, including Technical Sourcer and University Recruiting Program Manager, co-creating a workshop focused on voice and public speaking. Previous positions across various organizations include roles in recruitment coordination, administrative management, and as an Assistant Casting Director. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has undergone additional training at the London Dramatic Academy and the American Conservatory Theatre.
