Durim Manaj has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Durim worked as a Technical Consultant at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from July 2010 to July 2011, where they managed system defects, resolved client support incidents, and created operational documentation. At Sainsbury's, they worked as a Technical Consultant from January 2012 to June 2012 and again from January 2013 to September 2013.

From October 2013 to September 2014, Durim worked at CACI - Digital Solutions as an Incident and Problem Manager. Durim was responsible for managing incidents and problems raised, creating and maturing processes, and organizing client meetings.

In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications, including the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in Service Operations from BSC in December 2013, the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in Service Transition from BCS in June 2013, and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management from APM Group in August 2010.
