Myriam Boulcier

Myriam Bouclier has extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Myriam is currently working as an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Kiln, a remote position that they started in February 2023. Prior to this, Myriam served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Vibe - Connected TV & OTT Ad Platform from May 2021 to July 2022. Myriam also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for KMTX, a remote position, from May 2021 to May 2022. Myriam has experience in tech recruitment and HR as well, having worked as a Tech Recruiter & HR at Witekio from March 2019 to May 2021. Myriam has worked in various HR and recruitment roles, including being an Assistant HR at ELECTRICFIL AUTOMOTIVE from October 2015 to April 2016 and a Chargée d'emploi/formation at Aéroports de Lyon from February 2015 to September 2015. Throughout their career, Myriam has acquired a strong skill set in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR management.

Myriam Bouclier has a diverse education history. In 2012, they attended Anglia Ruskin University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business & Management. In 2010, they pursued further studies at ESDES and completed a Master 2 (M2) in Ressources Humaines (Human Resources) between 2010 and 2014. In 2018, they received training in workplace safety by obtaining a certificate as a Sauveteur Secouriste du travail (Workplace First Aid Rescuer) from ISST. In 2020, Myriam Bouclier attended L'École du Recrutement, where they achieved a Certificat OR in the field of Recruitment and Sourcing. Myriam also participated in a Sourcing & Headhunt training program at Search & Go - Benoit Bliard during the same year.
