Bryan Croot

Bryan Croot has a solid background in the hospitality industry, with experience spanning over 15 years. Bryan most recently held the position of VP Operations & Training at Kiln, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Field Operations at Landing from January 2022 to May 2023. Bryan also had previous roles at Kiln, serving as Vice President Operations from May 2021 to January 2022, and as Director Of Operations from September 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining Kiln, Bryan worked at WeWork as a Senior Community Manager from January 2018 to September 2020. Bryan also gained experience in operations management at VIP Vacations Inc, where they held the role of Director Of Operations from April 2015 to October 2017.

Earlier in their career, Bryan served as a Project Manager at The Inns of Aurora from April 2014 to April 2015, and as a Hotel Supervisor at Holiday Inn Resort, Wrightsville Beach from March 2012 to April 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Director Of Hospitality and Sales at Bald Head Island Limited from June 2011 to March 2012.

Bryan's career began in the hospitality industry at The Colgate Inn, where they worked as a Front Desk Supervisor from May 2006 to February 2011.

Bryan Croot began their education in 2007 at the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations. Bryan completed this program in 2009.

Following their time at Morrisville, Bryan enrolled in Niagara University in 2009 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management in 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Bryan Croot obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Procore Technologies in May 2021. Bryan also holds certifications in AHLA Front Office Operations from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, as well as an Associate Cruise Degree from CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association), although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not available.
