Cindy Crowley CPTD, SHRM-SCP currently serves as VP of Operations Support for Technical Training at OneMain Financial, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Cindy held various positions at Springleaf Financial Services from November 2013 to June 2022, including Training Manager and Lead Instructional Designer. Additionally, Cindy served as the Director of Employee Development at Heritage Federal Credit Union from 2001 until November 2013. Cindy holds a CPLP from ATD and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Southern Indiana.
