Sotiris Karagiozidis

Sotiris Karagiozidis has a long and successful career in the field of human resources. Sotiris began their career in 2001 as General Manager and minority shareholder of Response International SA. In 2006, they founded and became the Managing Partner of UP Unlimited Potential Human Resources Solutions Srl. In 2014, they took on the role of Senior Business Development Manager for People & Employment Solutions South-East Europe at ICAP Group. In 2015, they joined Kilpatrick as Client Director and later became Country Manager. In 2021, they became the Managing Director of BioProgress, a Kilpatrick-Asianet Company.

Sotiris Karagiozidis completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Deree College from 1987 to 1994, with a major in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Sotiris then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at University of Louisville from 1998 to 1998, with a major in International Business.
