Michael Schmitt

Michael Schmitt has extensive work experience in the real estate field. Michael began their career as an Associate at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP in 2008 before joining Elkins Kalt Weintraub Reuben Gartside LLP in 2010. At Elkins Kalt Weintraub Reuben Gartside LLP, they served as an Associate until 2015 and later became a Partner in 2016. In 2017, Schmitt joined Kilroy Realty Corporation as Vice President - Leasing & Operations Counsel, and in 2021, they were promoted to the role of Senior Vice President - Real Estate Counsel.

Michael Schmitt completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Boston College between 2000 and 2004. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at USC Gould School of Law from 2005 to 2008.
