Eddie’s key roles and responsibilities for Kilsaran is to proactively champion the Health & Safety function for the company, to develop/implement the strategic and operational direction and to provide tactical planning across the group for all locations in Health & Safety Management. He is responsible for leading and managing the Health & Safety Team, providing direction and support to the Board of Directors, Health & Safety Committee and Senior Managers within the Company, along with leading/setting out the continuous improvement plans in reducing injuries/incidents across the company in conjunction with and in alignment to, the Company’s Health & Safety Committee Goals and Objectives.

Eddie has over 20 years’ experience in Health, Safety and Risk Management and has worked in over 25 countries, across 4 continents in industries such as Cement, Quarrying and extraction, Oil & Gas (on and offshore), Renewable Energy, Mining, Construction and Transport/Logistics.
