Nicole Minkler

Nicole Minkler has extensive experience in human resources and business operations, currently serving as HR Manager at Kimball Electronics since March 2017, where previous roles included Training Manager, Organizational Development Specialist, and HR Generalist II. Prior to this, Nicole held various positions at Ohana Hilltop Tavern, LLC, focusing on business operations and administrative management. Nicole gained foundational HR experience as a Human Resource Intern at MS Companies and Toyota Boshoku America while also working in Healthcare IT Support at Medasource. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University and an Associate of Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Vincennes University.
