Debrah van Dijk

Debrah van Dijk has a diverse range of work experience. Debrah began their career as a Department Manager at Sears in 1993 and stayed with the company until 1997. From there, they moved on to Logic Associates, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they joined The Computer Connection as the Marketing Director, a position they held until 2000. Since 2000, Debrah has been working at Kimball Union Academy, initially as a Store Manager and later as the Human Resources Director. In their role as the Human Resources Director, they are responsible for managing employee relations, benefits, compensation, safety and compliance, leave of absence, recruitment, performance evaluation, development, and training. Debrah is a dedicated professional who plays a critical role in developing and implementing Human Resource strategies.

Debrah van Dijk holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management, which they obtained from Bentley University between 1988 and 1992. Debrah later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from Franklin Pierce University between 2007 and 2010.
