Chetan Sobti

Chetan Sobti is a seasoned professional in total rewards and human resources with extensive experience across various leading companies. Currently serving as Director Total Rewards for APAC & IPC at Kimberly-Clark since August 2025, Chetan previously held the position of Reward Establishment Lead at The Magnum Ice Cream Company. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Reckitt included roles such as Reward Director for Asia and Head of Total Rewards for ASEAN & Greater China, contributing to multiple reward strategies across regions. Chetan's experience extends back to MakeMyTrip, where responsibilities included leading rewards and performance analytics as Senior Manager of Human Resources. Chetan's educational background includes a PGDM in HR from IMI Delhi and a B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
