Cynthia Burkhardt

Cynthia (Wanner) Burkhardt has an extensive background in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Intelligence & Executive Recruiting at Kimberly-Clark. Prior experience includes holding the role of Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Intelligence, and Total Workforce Demand Management at Philips, as well as the position of Vice President of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition for North America. Cynthia also worked at Johnson & Johnson, where roles included Director of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition for the Medical Device Sector and Pharmaceutical Sales, as well as Manager of Recruiting. Additional experience was gained as Vice President and General Manager of the Search Division for Permanent Hire Search at Adecco. Cynthia holds a degree from Miami University.
