Ella Kuznetsova

Ella Kuznetsova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career counseling and recruitment management. Currently self-employed as a Career Counselor and Psychologist since July 2021, Ella has also been with Kimberly-Clark since December 2015, serving multiple roles including EMEA Recruitment Manager and HR Business Partner for Central Functions, Marketing, and KCP in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior roles include Recruitment Team Leader at IKEA Centres Russia and various positions at Unilever, where Ella led the Talent Management Group. Ella is pursuing a Master’s degree in Systemic Family Therapy at the Higher School of Economics and has completed advanced training in Career Counseling at the Career Management School. Ella holds a Specialist degree in Organizational Management from Moscow Polytechnic University.
