Hoon Leerelation

Hoon Leerelation is an experienced design professional with a strong background in brand design and packaging, particularly within the personal care sector. As Design Director for International Personal Care at Kimberly-Clark from July 2022 to September 2024, Hoon oversaw brand design across five key markets, including Australia and China. Previously, Hoon led a team of 15 as Head of Brand Design & Packaging for EMEA Personal Care, developing an End-to-End Brand Design and Packaging Team. As Design Team Leader for EMEA Personal Care, Hoon managed design efforts for several significant brands valued at $1.4 billion NSV. Earlier experience includes a design internship at LG Electronics, where Hoon contributed to advanced designs for home electronic appliances. Hoon holds an MBA from NUS Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Human Environment & Design from Yonsei University.
