John A. Johnson

John A. Johnson, CFE, CCEP is a seasoned security and compliance professional currently serving as the Director of Global Security at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities include overseeing security across 200+ global sites and leading a team of 14 global security experts. Previously, Johnson held the role of Director of Global Ethics & Compliance, managing the global HelpLine investigation process for over 40,000 employees and external parties. Johnson also transformed the security function for a $3.5 billion business in Latin America, managing a large security team while accountable for a $17 million budget. Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Johnson worked as a Regional Security Manager for Corning Incorporated, focusing on security strategy in Mexico, and served as a Special Agent for the FBI, directing investigations in various high-profile programs. Educational achievements include executive education at Northwestern University, the Federal Executive Institute, and Georgetown University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Baylor University.
