Karthik Nagarajan

Karthik Nagarajan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for International Litigation at Kimberly-Clark since July 2024. Prior to this role, Karthik worked at RTI International from April 2022 to July 2024 as Senior Counsel and Head of International Legal Affairs, where Karthik was the primary contact for international law issues and supported development projects in over 75 countries. Karthik has a robust background in international arbitration, having served as a Senior Associate at White & Case LLP from October 2010 to April 2022. Karthik's earlier positions include roles at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, and Covington & Burling. Karthik holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, an MSc from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc from Georgetown University.
