Kristin also serves as the Associate Director of HR - Inclusion, Equity & Diversity at Kimberly-Clark, and holds advisory roles at various organizations. Previously, Kristin worked as a Senior Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Lattice and as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at McKesson. Kristin leverages data and strategic planning to drive progress towards DEI goals within organizations.
