Wayne Chastang

Wayne Chastang has been working as a Process Engineer since 1999, specializing in process and material optimization and problem-solving for spunbond, meltblown, and film technologies. In August 2007, Wayne became the Owner of Adept Perception, Inc., a company focused on process and materials consulting. Since January 2012, Wayne has been working as a Senior Process Engineer at Kimberly-Clark.
