Hicks joined the company after 26 years of leadership at Toyota Motors North America and Toyota Motor Sales, USA, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility.

His most recent roles include serving as CEO of Toyota Connected, a startup operating as the company's data science hub connecting vehicles, customers and businesses through machine learning and artificial intelligence. Hicks also served as Chief Digital Officer of Toyota Motors North America, leading the company's digital transformation and mobility efforts, including in-vehicle multimedia systems, vehicle connectivity, cloud, electrification and autonomous driving technologies.

Among his achievements at Toyota, Hicks led the North American and European development of in-vehicle multimedia, including hardware, software and cloud to achieve best-in-class user experience. He also patented breakthroughs in digital solutions, including an industry-leading big data platform to deliver predictive analytics and relevant retail services.

Nelson Urdaneta is the current CFO at [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark). Nelson has over 25 years of experience in finance and has held various leadership positions at some of the world's largest companies. 

Nelson started their career at [Procter & Gamble](/org/procter-gamble) in 1995 as a Finance Manager. Nelson then moved to [Atento](/org/atento) in 2000 as Director of Strategic Planning & Business Development. In 2002, they joined Ryder System, Inc. as Director of FP&A.

Zahumensky joined Kimberly-Clark with extensive experience building market-leading brands across the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry, including 20 years at Procter & Gamble in roles of increasing responsibility with its baby care and oral care brands. In addition, she has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Yum! Brands for its KFC brand, as well as Chief Marketing Officer and Sr. Vice President for Member Engagement Operations for CityBlock Health, Inc. a leading digital health company that offers integrated medical care, behavioral health, and social services to marginalized populations with complex needs.

As president of [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark)'s Asia-Pacific consumer business, Tristram Wilkinson is responsible for the company's largest international region with operations in more than 30 countries, including China, India, Australia, Korea, and the ASEAN member states.

Since joining [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark) in 1995 from Scott Paper, Wilkinson has worked in successive leadership roles in marketing and customer and general management across each of the company’s categories. He previously led the company’s EMEA consumer business, as well as operations in the UK & Ireland, and served as Vice President and Managing Director of [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark)'s consumer business in Central and Eastern Europe.

Wilkinson earned a master’s degree in Management from St. Andrews University, Scotland, and also studied Spanish at Salamanca University, Spain.

White is the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of DIRECTV, the world’s leading provider of digital television services, a position he held from January 2010 until his retirement in August 2015.  He was also a director of the company from November 2009 until August 2015. White was vice chairman and CEO of [PepsiCo](/org/pepsico) International from February 2003 until December 2009, which encompasses all of [PepsiCo](/org/pepsico)’s beverage, snack and food operations outside the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to taking charge of [PepsiCo](/org/pepsico) International in February 2003, White had been president and CEO of [PepsiCo](/org/pepsico)’s Frito-Lay division in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Among his other earlier positions with [PepsiCo](/org/pepsico), which he joined in 1990 as vice president of planning, were senior vice president and chief financial officer for [PepsiCo](/org/pepsico)., Inc.; executive vice president and chief financial officer for Pepsi-Cola Company worldwide; and executive vice president and chief financial officer of Frito-Lay International. Before joining [PepsiCo](/org/pepsico), White was a senior vice president at Avon Products, Inc., and a management consultant at [Bain & Company](/org/bain) and Arthur Andersen & Co.

Michael D. White

A 20-year veteran of the consumer products industry, Michael Hsu is Chief Executive Officer for [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark) Corporation and serves on its Board of Directors.

Before becoming CEO in January 2019, Mr. Hsu was chief operating officer, leading day-to-day operations of [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark)’s business units, along with the global innovation, marketing and supply chain functions. Joining [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark) in 2012 as group president of the company’s nearly $8 billion North American Consumer Products business, he quickly became known as a leader with passion and vision who could drive growth and value creation.

Prior to [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark), Mr. Hsu was executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Kraft Foods. Before Kraft, he spent six years at H.J. Heinz, holding the positions of vice president, marketing for Ore-Ida and Frozen Meals, and later as president for Foodservice. He launched his career in the consumer products industry as a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he rose to partner in the firm's consumer practice.

Mr. Hsu serves on the Board of Directors for United Way USA. He earned a bachelor's degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He and his wife live in Dallas, Texas.

As President of [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark) Professional (KCP), Ehab Abou-Oaf leads [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark)'s global business-to-business operations, which provide a wide range of commercial products and services. Most recently, he served as vice president & managing director for [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark) in Middle East & Africa, geographically covering GCC, Nigeria, South Africa & Southern African markets, and developing MEA (North, East, remaining sub-Saharan Africa and the Levant). Mr. Abou-Oaf strengthened our business, resulting in increased sales and profit, market share growth across categories, and stronger employee engagement.

Prior to joining [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark) in early 2020, Mr. Abou-Oaf spent 19 years in senior management roles with Mars, Inc, including president, Mars Wrigley Confectionery for Asia, Australia, Middle East & Africa. Prior to joining Mars, he spent 10 years with [Procter & Gamble](/org/procter-gamble) in packaging, product development, and marketing roles. He has gained extensive international experience throughout his career, including Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Japan, Egypt, and China.

In addition to his role at KCP, Mr. Abou-Oaf is the chairman of the board of governors of the Singapore American School and president of Food Industry Asia. He is also a member of the board of the [American University](/org/american-university) in Cairo, the Singapore American School, and is an adjunct professor in the college of business (Nanyang Business School) at NTU.

An Egyptian/Belgian citizen, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Engineering from the [American University](/org/american-university) in Cairo following his graduation with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the United World College of Lester Pearson in Canada.

Mr. Culver currently serves as [Starbucks](/org/starbucks) group president of International, Channel Development and Global Coffee, Tea and Cocoa, and is a member of the [Starbucks](/org/starbucks) executive leadership team. He has responsibility for leading [Starbucks](/org/starbucks) retail growth and operations in 60 markets across China, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as global growth and business development for its Channel Development business which includes Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Foodservice and Evolution Fresh. He also has the additional responsibility of leading the growth and development of [Starbucks](/org/starbucks) coffee, tea and cocoa businesses. Paula Ramos is the Chief Strategy Officer at [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark).

Ramos joins [Kimberly-Clark](/org/kimberly-clark) after 18 years with McKinsey. As a partner at McKinsey, Ramos advised some of the world's largest consumer goods companies on entry into new markets while optimizing business portfolios. Drawing on her extensive experience in Latin America and the United States, she has guided initiatives to accelerate growth and improve organizational effectiveness. Most recently, Ramos led the firm's global consumer health practice, and played a pivotal role in McKinsey's inclusion and diversity program.
