Karen Hessel

Karen Hessel has over three decades of experience in marketing data and CAD applications. At Kimco Realty Corporation since May 1999, Karen serves as Manager of Marketing Data/Demographics, specializing in producing custom demographic reports, maps, and competitor analyses. Prior to this, from January 1990 to May 1999, Karen worked at CADTech Resources as a CAD Application Specialist, providing training in CAD applications, including AutoCAD, to high-profile clients such as the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Disney Development Co. Earlier, Karen contributed to the CAD Department at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP from September 1989 to November 1990. Karen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
