Maynel Alvarez-Requejo

Maynel Alvarez-Requejo is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the marketing and lifestyle sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Lifestyle Marketing at Kimco Realty Corporation since April 2021, Maynel has held various leadership roles including Director of Lifestyle Marketing, National, and Director of Marketing for Dania Pointe. Prior to Kimco, Maynel was with Tommy Hilfiger as Senior Regional Marketing Manager for North America and Regional Marketing Manager for the East. Additional experience includes positions at The Taubman Company, MARC USA, Zubi Advertising Services, and The Rodriguez Group, showcasing a comprehensive background in marketing and account management. Maynel holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Political Science, both from the University of Miami.
