Lawrence Kiarie

As Head of Operations, Lawrence is the lead on procurement, travel and administration operations compliance, human resources and accounting for Kimetrica’s East Africa office. An experienced logistician and administrator with over 12 years of experience in operations and accounting, he has previously served as Kimetrica’s Regional Finance Manager and Accountant.

Lawrence brings years of experience in donor financial accounting with both corporations and International Non-Governmental organizations. His areas of expertise include budgeting, grants management, budget tracking, and support for and training of other finance and non-finance staff in partner organizations. Prior to Kimetrica, he worked in field financial spot checks and logistic as well as internal audits in Somalia, Kenya & Ethiopia for Save the Children International and Save the Children/Finland. Lawrence is pursuing an MBA in Corporate Management at KCA University (Kenya) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
