Mason Victors

Mason Victors is a seasoned leader in the biotechnology and data science sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at Igneous Bio since July 2023, providing principled leadership and technical consulting. Mason holds multiple advisory roles across various companies including Kimia Therapeutics, Nomic Bio, and Enveda Biosciences. Previously, Mason was a Founding Fellow at Recursion from September 2015 to June 2023, where strategic efforts were focused on technology development for early drug discovery and managing interdisciplinary teams. Mason's earlier experience includes key roles at Savvysherpa, Inc., where data science expertise was applied to generate business value across multiple industries. Mason holds both MS and BS degrees in Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
