Dr. Viswaraja Sasikumar

Dr. Viswaraja Sasikumar has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Dr. Viswaraja currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Kimirica Hunter International, where they lead senior management in areas such as general management, plant operations, supply chain management, quality management, project management, packaging, and sustainability. Prior to this, they served as a Director at Mavelin Trade and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., a Scientific Trade, Consultancy, and Laboratory Turnkey Solutions Company. Dr. Viswaraja also worked as a Vice President at Pious Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., a renowned laboratory accredited by ISO, APEDA, and FDA. Dr. Sasikumar has also held positions at University of Mumbai as a Visiting Faculty, Italab Pvt Ltd as Vice President of Quality, Technical, and Operations, MicroChem Silliker Pvt. Ltd. as General Manager of Lab Operations, Emphor Fzco as a Product Development Manager, and PerkinElmer as a Technical Specialist in Product and Application. Their career began as a Senior Research Executive and Senior Analyst at Sharon Biotech Ltd., where they were involved in analytical development and method validation. Dr. Sasikumar holds a PhD in Chemistry from Hanyang University and has expertise in areas such as luxury hotel toiletries, scientific trade and consultancy, laboratory operations, quality assurance, and analytical sciences.

Dr. Viswaraja Sasikumar has a strong educational background in various fields. Dr. Viswaraja obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Total Quality Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a M.Sc (Research) degree in Physical Chemistry from the Institute of Science, Mumbai from 2003 to 2008. Their undergraduate studies were in Chemistry, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Sasikumar has also obtained several certifications in areas such as Enterprise Risk Management, Sustainability, Six Sigma, ESG, ISO auditing, and product/application training.
