Kushan K. is an experienced professional in the fields of cartography and geographic information systems, currently serving as a Map Designer at Envoy since September 2023, where the organization enhances workplace management through an integrated platform. As the Founder of Mapdeviser since July 2023, Kushan specializes in creating custom, artistic maps. Additionally, Kushan has been a Cartographer at kimkim since May 2021, contributing to innovative travel applications. Previous roles include GIS Specialist, Cartographer, and Graphic Designer at Upwork, and Geographic Information System Officer at Map Lanka Geospatial Technology and Solutions until October 2023, as well as serving as a GIS Specialist for the Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development. Kushan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in GIS and Remote Sensing at the same institution.
