Andy Heinen

Andy Heinen serves as Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Kimley-Horn, an engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm established in 1967. Since joining Kimley-Horn in August 2011, Andy has leveraged extensive project management experience, including a previous role as Senior Project Manager at V3 Companies from August 1995 to August 2011. Additionally, Andy has contributed to local governance as a Plan Commissioner for the Village of Plainfield since September 2009. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
