Courtney Anne Nappi

Courtney Anne Nappi is an accomplished professional in recruitment and training, currently serving as a College Recruiter at Kimley-Horn since January 2024. Previously, Nappi held the position of Campus Recruiter at OMP from May 2021 to January 2024, overseeing entry-level recruiting activities and representing the company at collegiate events. Nappi has also contributed as a Training and Documentation Consultant, Peer Instructor Manager, and Peer Instructor at Auburn University Harbert College of Business. Additional experience includes a Human Resources internship at Vette, a Lead Marketing Intern role with Auburn Athletics, and a Summer Camp Counselor position at Camp Pocono Trails. Nappi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Development and Change from Auburn University, graduating in 2021.
