Dennis Motiani

Dennis (Dhanesh) Motiani serves as Regional Vice President at Kimley-Horn since February 2016, focusing on various projects across the United States, including enhancing pavement marking management for NYCDOT and developing a traffic operations playbook for EWR airport at PANYNJ. Previously, Motiani held the position of Assistant Commissioner at the New Jersey Department of Transportation from January 1990 to December 2014, overseeing statewide traffic operations, conducting evaluations using Capability Maturity Model tools, and collaborating with the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority to create a new statewide TSM&O Strategic Plan. Educationally, Motiani holds a Master's degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
